2. REFUND POLICY

At PhotoEditorAI, we use a simple one-time payment model. All purchases are made as single, non-recurring payments for credits or services, and we do not offer subscription-based billing.

We want you to have a positive experience with our service. Please review the refund policy below before making a purchase.

a. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

If you have any questions or concerns about our service or pricing, we encourage you to contact us before making a payment. Our support team will be happy to assist you.

For refund requests or general inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for our support team to respond.

b. Refund Eligibility

To ensure fairness for all users, refunds may be considered when the following conditions are met:

  1. The purchase is the first transaction associated with your registered account.
  2. No more than 50 credits have been used.
  3. The refund request is submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.

If your request meets the conditions above, our team will review it and process the refund as soon as possible.

c. Important Notes

  1. "First purchase" refers only to the initial payment made under a registered account. Additional credit purchases or repeat payments are not considered first purchases.
  2. All payments on PhotoEditorAI are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

d. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute any materials. Violation of these rules may result in termination of access.

4. Disclaimer

All content and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose, and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions.

6. Content Moderation

We monitor and restrict the generation of illegal or non-compliant content. Attempts to create unlawful or rights-infringing material may result in blocked outputs, account suspension, or permanent termination.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our Service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to generating deepfakes, infringing intellectual property, or creating harmful content. Respecting others’ rights is mandatory.

8. User Content and Lawful Use

By uploading, submitting, or processing any content through PhotoEditorAI, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use and process such content.
  2. The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
  3. Your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content you submit and the purposes for which you use our services.

PhotoEditorAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if any unlawful or infringing activity is detected.

9. Updates

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the most current version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
